@ iCollect, no, hackers ARE smart. It's not a question of sometimes or always, engineering a hack to bypass or change aspects of a program takes logical reasoning and creativity as well as a sound knowledge of how programming works. The people who simply download and use these hacks are NOT hackers, they are no different than you when you open a program, they are just using the software given to them.[/COLOR]
