What's causing all the inflation?

1. How is inflation ever "natural"?

Any time Mesos aren't being removed from the game at a rate reasonably close to the rate they're being found, you see natural inflation. I.e. when NLC first came out and the average player's pot costs plummeted while the amount they found while training remained about the same, prices went up a bit. Obviously nothing like we see here, but natural inflation exists.

Unless you wanna get picky and argue the semantics of a currency not backed by something like a gold standard being artificial in its entirety.
