All I am saying-
If there is a Meso Exploit out, and those people with the exploit are selling to these sites and getting real $, and the sites are making 100mil worth lunch money, what is the point of even trying to "take advantage" of the economy. There is no point in trying to make billions of mesos, when none of it will be worth pomegranate anyways. Everyone will have godly equips, no one will have anything to brag about on the forum, and then all your e-penors will eventually shrink and you will have nothing to talk about. So then Maple will die, and you will leave the game $1000 poorer from all the NX u spent.
Now to the "what's the point" question... the point of any game is to of course have fun. If you feel you're working in a game, you should quit the game. So I would vouch that anyone that's having fun "taking advantage" of the the economy probably has that as their point in playing this game. Speaking from my experience I can tell you that once you reach a certain point in this game, you stop caring about mesos at all and pretty much only play it for the fun of collaboration with friends and joking around in game. So, to that effect, no matter how much this game inflates, some people simply don't care as long as they can continue doing what they do and have their laughs. The point isn't always in the end product and is sometimes just the process itself. =P
As for losing real money... let's say merchants only made 15b from investing 5b, as per my previous example. Let's say they sell these mesos at current meso selling prices. Let's calculate that. $6 = 100mil $60= 1b $600=10b $1200 = 20b A merchant that has 20b would still make away with $1200 clean if he simply sold what he earned. =P

People will want to sell 15 attk SCG for more then 2.1, and they won't be able to because of the trade cap, unless they want to get scammed.
So basically everything I said will be true. You can only go so far.
1) mesos + items that have a certain worth. i.e. 21 atk for 20atk +items/mesos
2) mts.
That being said, the apocalypse isn't quite here yet, so don't fret. =)
