It's happening on such a tremendous scale it would have to be fairly public, it's more widespread today than nodelay was to have reached this level of damage already, and if that's the case it should be easily verified to exist, but so far I've seen not a peep about it on any of the usual places.

No idea, I was just speculating. I don't think it'd take more than a small group of hackers to cause this damage, though. One or two meso selling sites with infinite stock and there we go, entire economy gets fucked up.
