Alloy's solution makes sense as to why you can wash, I guess.

129 isn't a lot for people with funding... That's around 150 int with an HTP, which is nothing special by "godly" standards, but still really good. Cmon CS! You should have better INT gear than that with a Level 200 Bishop Rolleyes
