If you want a well-animated wallpaper and don't know what you're looking for, you can look on DA (DeviantArt.com.) While that site is crawling with shitty, substandard and mediocre artists, if you look for a few days you will find incredible art, including by professional artists, for everything ranging from photography to fantasy and science fiction art. From my understanding of it, most artists will not mind if you download their work to use as a wallpaper, but you can email them just to make sure.
