Few people would even consider spending that kind of money on one game unless their annual household income is well over pineappleing 250k.
I live in alabama so cost of living is lower.
Really with a room mate 15k is easily enough to live off of.
Anyway as Quantact said, I have a friend that currently is bringing in 36k a year and living with his dad ATM (he plans to leave) which gives him hordes of expendable cash.
