Karma Scissors Agent N's Receiver?

I was wonder if you could karma scissor the "Agent N's Receiver?" Cause I scrolled a nice one and was hoping to karma scissor to my lvl 30 mage, but wasn't sure if it works or not. =/ I don't want to waste the 3k nx if it ends up not working.
