That means the modifier has to at least be 1.77x. It ought to be 1.8 then (since it's also the logical conclusion).

(Although it could be anywhere as high as 3.2x if you took that 8.2k as the min instead of the max )

8.2k was the max. I'm sure I could have gotten the 1.8 theoretical numbers over a lot of time, but I saw enough 8.2ks to conclude that was pretty much as high as it was getting. It'd be awfully strange to have such a number as 1.77 as a multiplier.
