Ya, I don't know of any IMMUNE monsters. But we tested numbers on Bone fish (higher), pixies ( lower), mask fish (inbetween). We did it enought times to get pretty conclusive numbers. Also, I currently see a max of ~24k a brandish hit to neutral monsters and ~30k on undead monsters. Also I have only hit over 100k on an undead monster with panic so far.
