I don't get what this thread is about...

Rarely does a game have a playable character for every single race in the game, if that is what you mean. You don't see any characters that look like a taurospear or something, do you?

This tread is about talking about the possibilities of more races based on the NPCs in the game. I want to be a Papulatus, so I can go Pappin' around with all of the little kids! There is even a Pap NPC!
