Agent E's quest that requires you to collect 20 notes is also useless as you get nothing from it.
The cape is got by doing "Today's Mission" many times and getting 5 red badges from the secret box
The gloves have two versions: one, Agent O's Nylon Gloves, expires and can be got by giving him 5 A thingys from minidungeons. The other one, Agent O's Leather Gloves, is perma and can be got by giving him 100 A thingys
The overalls are got from cassandra's quiz and not just that i know nothing about them and didnt get this quest yet, it seems to be broken in the data.
The shoes have two versions, one is the default shoes you get that expire, and one is the permanent shoes you get when you get all of the above.
There is a permanent hat. You get it from using 1000 Boss Rush Points.
There shouldn't be anything wrong with the Overalls at all either.
