+ATT Potions in Time Temple

It seriously takes a few seconds to fly yourself from leafre to TT. And the reverse is even easier, because if you're going back to Leafre, all you need to do is crash into the bottom of the map and it'll automatically drop you back. Petitioning to have a potion NPC in at Time Temple is like saying there should be one at Haunted House. It's so close to NLC that there's no point in putting another.
