I wouldn't max Vampire that early because it uses Mastery formula, so the damage will be everywhere, from 1-600 at that level.

Also, Vampire isn't really all that useful. Sure, it has good range, but it's speed is horrible. Get 11 in Vampire and get Sudden Attack. I hear that the DPS is better with it.

Sudden attack isn't worth it at all until you get TT+SP, so I didn't max it until like lvl 94 (because avenger isn't really worth it without himes).
Also, vampire is totally weak at 11, and completely useless.
And regardless of whether you have mastery or not, vampire will be anywhere from 300 to 3k at lvl 100.
