I wouldn't max Vampire that early because it uses Mastery formula, so the damage will be everywhere, from 1-600 at that level.

Also, Vampire isn't really all that useful. Sure, it has good range, but it's speed is horrible. Get 11 in Vampire and get Sudden Attack. I hear that the DPS is better with it.

Then again, mobbing >>> DPS at lower levels because it's more useful for training. How often did you boss before 70 compared to how much you trained?
