/jp/ isn't exactly a huge fan of KS. But no matter where it's posted, there's plenty of people that like it too. Like on /a/. Sometimes KS threads do well and are fun, other times they completely suck and are just saged. I think it's even posted on /v/ sometimes, but I don't go to that board, so I dunno.
It's kind of one of those things no one really knows where it should go... It's certainly most fitting for the /a/ and /jp/ community, but it's not anime/manga related nor is it Japanese. The most common justification is that it's based off of a Japanese omake page, so yeah. I think it's posted far too much, but I guess I don't mind.
