Explain to me how, when advised by Dances with Balrogs to master a single weapon, giving hybrids the advantage is fair? And I most certainly cannot go hybrid, I am already well into 4th job. Finally, I know several hybrid heros - they left out the minor 3rd job skills to max sword mastery/booster. They used axes through 3rd job and swords for 4th. Paladins get screwed for hybrids, but hybrids shouldn't be a feasible option to begin with.
