A simple buff skill that forces a slash/stab with non-forced attacks (Power Strike, Sacrifice, Slash Blast, Basic Attack, and Rush) would do wonders, while keeping the utility of 3rd job skills, and wouldn't create problems for existing hybrids. Reduction in penalties for stabPA and slashSpear would also be helpful.[/COLOR]
The fact that you can go hybrid in the first place is good enough really. What about axe/BW warriors huh? Clearly they have gotten the shaft with every single release with the exception of the crushed skull.
