Good enough. But that doesn't answer the whole question.

2. Exclusivity isn't forever, so as long as a single version gets an exclusive area first then... they're about exclusive as anything can be.

It isn't exactly an answer either. In fact, it doesn't even answer the question. There must be an apparent reason why various parts of the WT are ported while some aren't. And does Nexon decide which part to port over or the publisher gets to pick?

3. Clearly it is possible for exclusives to contain PQs. CWKPQ.

You are assuming that Magatia is part of WT; which not only have you overlooked it in my previous question, many people are still contending if it's indeed WT.

4. GMS doesn't have Chinese hackers. Most of MSEA is populated with people who are barely fluent in english.

Fallacy. Doubly fallacious.

Basically those questions are easily answered and no more original than anything the kids asked. I can't think of any question that would really be a good one at all.

Truth be told, I doubt any of the MSEA players are really concerned with NXProse, or GMS for that matter, so don't count on it.
