Trade wins at CPQ = 7.5k EXP/2 minutes?

Also, you'll be hindered in CP and EXP gain during the actual match due to summons you don't want and protectors and status. With trading wins, winning 50% of the time gives you a constant party to play against, so you don't have to waste time looking for someone and waiting for them to agree or reject your proposal. You also have a better chance at getting Rank A wins/losses, especially if you're lower level and have difficulty gaining that much CP, and you can factor in the EXP you gain from killing monsters, which I have found in several cases and scenarios to be greater than the amount you would get from a Rank A win alone.

tl;dr: Trade Win Rank A Loss > Fight Rank A Win

Channel 1. Form parties of well-equipped lower levels. Click back into room 5-6 quickly. Rarely takes more than 3 minutes to find another party to play.

If you have a semi-decent party no amount of summoning on the opposing team can stop you from getting 500 CP. Trade wins is only for nubs that can't kill fast enough to get 500 CP without help.
