[1.2.235] Even closer... (Picture heavy)

So what does "Freedom" mean on the Race/Faction Selection.

Seeing how Aran has a Freedom of 1... while Adventurers (obviously being the highest due to their name) have 3... what exactly would this hinder?

I'm assuming it's 1 because:
(a) no class choices
(b) no weapon choices
