I think every version is getting KoC now because MS want to progress with The Black Magician story into a higher level.
Because the length of the next patch is very telling of a big patch coming up. It also allows the necessary time for hype (2 months) and the reopening of GMSTespia for testing. And of course, NexonAM can't keep Cygnus from the players much longer without facing a riot, especially with it's release in so many other version. NOT releasing it soon would likely have quite dire consequences. But of course, that would only last until we get it, then everyone would be happy again.
