You either forgot you logged off when them, some hacker tried to hack you but their mother called them to go the dentist so they didn't steal anything else, or someone who you gave your info to in the pass want to see something. Nexon doesn't do anything to individual characters. If anything happens, it happens in masses; meaning other people would've had this happen too.
