The other dimension, what is it?

I wasn't around ms at the time, but did LPQ come out before pap? If pap didn't even exist at the time of LPQ, and yet pap was still mentioned in the PQ, then it means things that are only mentioned in text only can still be added to the game.

LPQ came out long before pap. They never mentioned the name, but the NPCs hinted that it wasn't Alishar's fault he got stuck here.
