Speed cap is Faster(2)

You might dislike it but its still not supposed to be there making it a glitch.. Its nexons decision wether to remove it or not but this topic is just here to report about the existence

The question's whether this is true or not. Has anyone from Nexon stated that this is an error in the game? Obviously, it might be an error. That is just as obvious as the fact that it may be intended as well.
