Do you need to fulfil all the S rank things, or just one?
That is, would one really fast run get an S rank, or would I still need to do it 100 times total?

I'm pretty sure you'd need to do the 100 total thing.

CR = # of wins/completions? So for PPQ S rank, you'd need to do 100 PQs, complete at least 80 of them... and have the 3rd hat? Or am I reading that wrong?

Yeah, good thing I abandoned this earlier... 100 of each PQ is a bit too much.
