In this area, yes. Next patch, no.
No Masteria content is coming in the patch tonight. =)
This was stated the day of .58. What he means is that in .59 or .60 or whatever patch Crimsonwood comes out in, then we'll get 120 content. It doesn't mean that they'll hold back half of Crimsonwood to release later.
