No, I think they did rollback.
I killed a BF at the very start of 2x exp in channel 2, changed channels to 19, logged off to a mule to transfer items, went back to my main, opened up shop, and then got disconnected from the server crash. I lost all exp from BF, lost the items in my shop (2 MW20 books and 5 taos of harmony) and ended up in APQ exit when I logged back on again tonight.
