My Life Is [A Never-Ending Story]

So obviously the voices can only interact with Felix at certain points. I assume that when the voices are bored and feel like being entertained, they watch Felix flail around helplessly in boredom?

I haven't really developed the whole "voices" concept that greatly yet. The basics behind their involvement in Felix's life is that whenever he reaches a point where multiple choices present themselves, the voices wake up and "encourage" him to make a certain decision, based on what they feel is best. Often this causes conflict with what Felix wants and other times it helps give him ideas.

I have you guys playing the role of these voices. I've tried making the beginning of every entry a little piece of Felix's response to his voices' decision and the thoughts they shared. Sometimes the voices affect him so greatly that even their opinions manifest themselves in Felix's life. It's crude, but I try sticking to it and making it more apparent at times.

I guess at other times the voices, like you said, merely observe Felix and hope for a chance to express their will. Perhaps they even go dormant sometimes. Of course, what the voices even truly are and how Felix came to have them is all still a mystery. The only clue I've given about them was at the very beginning.
