Good news - They actually fixed in a creative way with the emergency SC this morning.
If you ask to see Cassandra's event winners they pasted the Exchange script into hers, so you can do your exchanges until the 17th via her.
Yay for Nexon being creative and coming through for once. Maybe this is the start of something good from them.
