Is this supposed to be the true delay of Barrage and Dragon Strike

I've moved at Zak and everything else after Barraging O_O

You don't move while fighting a stationary monster. I've tested it out plenty plenty plenty of times. Even when a mobile monster is cornered/pinned, you will still move if the monster can.

Can't watch the video at school so i'll check it out at home.
