Is this supposed to be the true delay of Barrage and Dragon Strike

I think MSEA Viper skills are rigged. Their 'Barrage' attacks are faster than JMS' as well... I think someone screwed something up in MSEA and made it a bit too fast.

EDIT : After review of the video, I can say that this video is a bit sped up, making the attacks look faster than normal. Look at her buffs and see how they're dying off faster than normal, and Pianus' animations are faster than normal.
