Is this supposed to be the true delay of Barrage and Dragon Strike

This, now that I think about it. There really needs to be reimplemented a speed cap of (1).

I've posted about it like 3 times in nexon's bug forums. I get no replies every single time, not to mention it's bumped down to the 2nd page in a few hours because of all the noobs making topics left and right about bugs no one gives a f'uck about.
