A knife isn't really going to help when Patrick's not going to be able to cover you and we can't have Felix dying, can we? Even if Patrick is defeated, it's easier to defend than to attack (See Chad's attempt coming in). Try getting someone to call the police while you're waiting, to at least get rid of Chad if possible if/when you abandon the house.
If they have more people, though, then I think we're screwed.
