Is this supposed to be the true delay of Barrage and Dragon Strike

I saw her other vids and I cant make a thing like her. I tried papu yesterday and first of all first CSB + Barrage is 100% safe but when I try to CSB right after barrage I get hit like 99% of time (I tried with booster, booster + SI1 and without any speed ups). Second thing is whenever I try to CSB I cant go pass throu monster, I just rush it and when its in corner I always get hit after barrage. Maybe its because I live in europe.

I can CSB whole the time and I wont get hit unless it miss but comboing with ds or barrage never works for me :/
