orb's damage in the time that it takes to complete one DS
orb is better than DS in the 50 seconds of energy charge making it not the most useless skill in 4th job
One of the things that makes DS so great is its range. That, and using a CSB -> DS combo works out far easier and better than a CSB -> orb combo. There's no way Energy Orb is going to surpass DS.
