Yes it's MSEA.
The very fact she is godmoding just by combo-ing the two dmoves makes me rage because that means not only are gMS Brawlers stuck with buggy Transforms but we also have less invincibility time for Barrage. WTB MSEA Viper changes.
The problem for a shorter delay/animation for Barrage means that MSEA Vipers get more invincibility time. I used the same combo at Pianus, and I take damage like a mutherfugger.
