[Pre-BB] MapleStory Formula Compilation

From what I've seen (and this is not backed by any data except some outdated tests from a year ago), crossbow FA is much slower proportionally than bow FA. As I've trained a FA crossbowman, and worked a little with a FA hunter, I've felt a noticeable difference between them.

Ah, yeah. May be, I don't know, lol. FA was tested with my Dark Knight and Paladin.
