You probably would have been better off putting the money towards a mortgage or a car. The gear needed to do that much washing is insane, and I suspect a much easier way is to leech till a high lvl while dumping everything in INT and then reset into Dex.

I just don't see the point, because this is roughly double what's needed for HT, and it's not enough for Pink Bean. It'll save a lot on pots, but the money/MTS NX you spent on it could probably get more than one character 1-200, gear included.
