Go there and read about Nexon's NA CEO saying that for the moment, they will be focusing all their effort on Dungeon Fighter Online.

Nexon America wont do the same MSEA did, they are not that smart. They havent even showed any insterest in fixing the current glitches in the game, do you think they will be focusing on giving us Big patches then?.

I agree. That interview kinda disappointed me, because I thought NEXON was investing all their money on MapleStory, but I guess I was wrong.. Blah.. I even watched some videos of Korean Dungeon Fighter Online and I really don't like that game. I hope it won't have the success that NEXON expected, so that they'll start focusing on MapleStory again. Just because that game had more success than MapleStory in Korea, it doesn't mean it's going to be as successful in the States.

Also, yeah, I thought about something. Like you're saying, if they're investing all their money on Dungeon Fighter Online, they probably won't waste their money on Tespia (because, well, it actually COSTS money and work) or to buy bigger MapleStory patches (I've read somewhere that NEXON buys the patches from kMS and translates them - the bigger a patch is, the more is the money spent from NEXON).

Well, if they won't open Tespia and keep all the other promises they made in this announcement, I'll start considering them a really bad company. They said that they were going to open Tespia for some patches, and they still didn't. But yeah, they said CERTAIN patches, so I can kinda understand. Only 2 months passed since the notice was posted. But if in the next 3-4 months they still won't open Tespia, I will lose all my faith in them. Everyone can see in that notice that they said they would have done that, but they still didn't. If they knew they probably wouldn't have done it, they could've not said it.

Also, what about hackers? They said they would have done anything to "resolve the hackers problem", but there are still many FM d/cers and all kinds of hackers going around MapleStory. Yeah, they ban many of them everyday (see their Twitter), but that doesn't resolve anything. They should instead try to PATCH all the hacks permanently (well, with GOOD developers, it wouldn't be so hard - even private servers have a better hacking protection) or IP ban them (at least, noob ones who don't know how to change their IPs will be gone).

Customer Service? Yeah, it has improved a bit, but it's still not perfect. With all their money they could hire more and more staff, and replying to all those tickets would be a little easier, and they could give better responses. Oh, wait, they want to invest their money on Dungeon Fighter Online..

Why making an "Open letter to the community" when they are NOT going to keep their promises?

Oh well.. sorry guys, I went a little off topic.. but I had to say this somewhere.
