[Pre-BB] MapleStory Formula Compilation

Could you add these? These are attacking speeds for normal attacks and skills that don't have any speed modifications (Strafe, Power Strike, Band of Thieves, etc.) They were originally posted by White Knight of SW.net (2nd post of that thread, actually) and I did some testing on a few of those speeds (Normal, and both Fasts) and they hold to be true. They are probably a more accurate way of looking at attack speeds since they are frame based. Missing are the speeds for Slow (8) and Slower (9).

Booster = -2 Attack Rating
Wind Booster = further -2 Attack Rating?


They're not exactly formulas (except Booster) but it is a useful data table.

Also, I think Hurricane arrows are 7/60 s which would put the speed of Hurricane at 8.57 arrows/s. Total speculation.
