I'm speaking from experience on my DrK, where I sat in the right corner and had a constant flow of EWs coming my way. I'd kill one, and another would float its way over to me. I sat there for a total of 10 minutes farming their etcs and never once had to leave the corner. Occasionally I'd have gaps in killing, but only waiting for respawn/wraiths to come to me. My best proof would be the pre-JQ map - If you are on the bottom, they'll come from the top of the map down to you, even if you're nowhere near them. Vice versa for the top. I've acted as an EW lure to keep them away from a Ranger in this fashion. Just remember that they move very, VERY slowly.
