A few Hero questions

Hey, as I'm going to be a Hero soon, I was wondering about a few things regarding Brandish vs my current skills. At what level Brandish is it worth replacing Power Strike and FA with? How about Slash Blast and FA? And at what point should I stop using finishers? Any help would be appreciated.
