Anyway
[] Take this opportunity to snoop around in your dad's room.
Might as well. And he's listening to these voices in his head, so it seems that he'd probably listen to his pang of curiosity too.
His "gift" in a way "forces" him to do what the majority of the voices are telling him to do. It can even radically change the person Felix normally is. Let's say an option "Make a move on Melanie" appears because the voices continually drive him to get close to Mel. Felix has spent most of his life trying to brush her off and make fun of Mel, not get romantic with her. Lately his voices have changed, though (they became you guys). He'd do it because that is what the voices desire. Felix is aware of this and will sometimes acknowledge his loathing of the "gift" (should I just call it a curse? lol). That said, Felix still has a mind of his own too. His personal interests remain central to him and often cause him much confusion and grief when they come in conflict with the voices. Regardless, he is always eventually shaped by the voices. If they continue to make him go one direction, his own personality will shape into that.
Does that make sense? I've tried including that in numerous entries and I plan to build it much more, as your interaction grows. I think it's a fun device to play with.
I'd also like to add that, while your guy's decision to hide behind the bed surprised me, it wasn't at all a "bad" choice. It just radically changed the direction the story could have gone. In fact, it actually gave me an interesting plot to develop. There is no bad choice in this until you end up dead or are so far gone that I just have to force a backtrack.

3 voices wanting to head over to Stan's
Go go.
