@Isaac... i don't even use bomb at all now... if you want stun... hawk it? but mob stun... yeah... vs saders' shout... and other jobs with near perfect stun rate... it REALLY sucks >.>

Yeah, reduced. Reduced as in, the damage that is reduced, is lower. Smaller damage taken off, hence the multiplier was reduced.
