First things first. People did quit before Leafre/4th job and leeching. Is it really so bad to be able to give your friends a hand and help them level faster? I don't sell leech, but have nothing against people who do.
And as far as I've seen with that new party exp thing in MSEA it just means you have to participate in killing, which kind of isn't that hard if your a mobbing job. (Correct me if I'm wrong please xDD I probably am)
So hermits and bowman who can kill BF in late 3rd job fairly easily and get good exp from him. Whilst mages can stare at him and go 'OMFG RUNNN'.. and then get trampled, squished and lose 5-10% in late 3rd job.. Yes thats incredibly fair.
Theres also another thing I'd like to add. The community chooses who they allow to boss and how they use there skills, not Nexon.. Even if Nexon did create the skill damages its up to the community how they use it to there strengths. In this case many people disagree with the methods chosen e.g. Leech. but there apart of maple now so deal with them.
These threads get incredibly repetitious after a while..
