Maker armor gives a 10-40 stat advantage to non-dexless/lukless players though, depending on level and how many pieces they can forge. For higher level gear, there's also an additional 90-120 hp available, which is useful too.
If I can forge 6 dex 8 luk clean pants, 10 dex 6 luk clean top, etc. then it's a lot better than anything a dexless could hope to wear.
And the closer it gets to being dexless with x claw, the better it is to be wearing that claw instead of a Skanda.
