Any good WindBreaker builds?

Storm Breath does the same damage as Arrow Rain while keeping monsters away from you. If you have monsters stacked into a corner, you'll most definitely want to be using Storm Breath instead.

The way I see it, they can both accomplish similar tasks (both mob collecting and damaging) but certain playing fields might favor one or the other.

I see what Joe means.

Collecting mobs with Rain -> all around you -> best use Rain
Collecting mobs with Breath -> pushed in front of you -> best use Breath

For some reason I was thinking Breath doesn't crit. No clue why.
