Maker and ores - which stats do they add?

I can clearly read and write. I am a well-informed and educated person, who just happens to miss some important details. I miss one thing and all of the sudden I'm illiterate.
And, just a suggestion, you should probably bold your sentence in the recipes thread so no one else will skip it as I did in the future.

You should really stop skimming, because you've thrice chosen to interpret me wrongly by doing so. Let me break this down for you in small chunks:

Me calling other people literate - i.e. in this context knowledgeable because they knew what you did not, did not at any point state you were incapable of reading.

If I wanted to call you illiterate, I'd state you were illiterate.

It's not all about you, kay? Drop the persecution complex, you're just making yourself look worse.

I don't see why I would feel compelled to bold any part of an intro that's two sentences long; What am I emphasizing it against, itself?
