Erm... IMHO... the released of Maker Skill and Donations Medal will bring the wealth gap between the rich & poor nearer....
The lower levels will be able to farm easier (by selling ores) to buy the scrolls and such that they need... and the higher levels will be eventually (might really take a long period of time) be drained and become not as rich...
On top of the maker skill & donations medal, trade Tax rate has also in MSEA, for larger amounts of trade transactions.... from the new tax table, lower value trade's tax rate reduced while higher value trade's tax rate rose to 6%...
Hopefully this can solve the mass inflation problem in MSEA... last but not least... I sincerely hope that the price of white scrolls will go down... in MSEA Cassiopiea, each white scroll is currently priced at 600mil...
